Henrik has over 25 years’ experience and is regarded as an expert in both IT and business domains with strategy, operations improvements, and service management. He has a solid track record in identifying, and implementing improvement programs, as well as advising on the delivery of large-scale transformations programs in the managed service domain within technology sector and financial services sectors.

Henrik has been part of several successful start-ups and SME’s, has served on the boards, and has supported management in their innovation, business development, and fund raising. He has global experience, specifically from working in the MENA region, UAE, and KSA. Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School (EMBA), and has worked as a visiting researcher at MIT. He currently also acts as an International Advisor/Mentor and Team Coordinator for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
